That is why cloud optimization only works when insight, decision-making, and execution are connected in an ongoing cycle. At Full Circle IT, we call this The DEBT Cycle.

Discovery
We continuously create insight into Azure usage, costs, and deviations. By analyzing workloads, resources, and trends, it becomes clear where inefficiencies arise.

Evaluate
The identified deviations are analyzed and translated into concrete optimization opportunities. These are prioritized based on impact, risk, and complexity.

Balance
Cost savings, performance, and business impact are weighed against each other. Not every optimization is immediately desirable from a technical or organizational perspective, which is why the right choices are made here.

Transform
The selected optimizations are implemented. Resources are adjusted, architecture is improved, and inefficiencies are eliminated.

After that, the cycle starts again, ensuring that cloud debt does not accumulate again and optimization becomes a structural part of operations.
