Customer data remains within the Azure tenant controlled by the customer. We do not operate the service as a multi-tenant SaaS platform and do not store customer operational data in infrastructure owned or controlled by us.

Information We Access

To provide the functionality of the platform, the application may access Azure cost, billing, resource, and configuration metadata within your Azure environment.

This information is processed within your tenant to generate insights, reports, and optimization recommendations.

We do not intentionally access or process the business data contained within your applications, databases, storage accounts, or workloads.

Administrative Access

Customers may grant us administrative access for deployment, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and product updates.

Such access is limited to the activities required to operate and support the platform.

Where administrative access is provided:

• Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

• Access is logged and auditable.

• Access is used only when necessary to provide support or maintenance services.

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of customer data to Full Circle IT B.V.
